Important notes on arranging an appointment

  • For a first contact, a brief description of your concern in a few sentences is enough – a detailed biography or medical history is not necessary at this stage.

  • Please refrain from sending medical reports or other sensitive documents by email or through the booking system. These channels are not suitable for this. Everything else we can discuss calmly in person.

  • Please note that arranging an initial consultation does not automatically mean that a therapy place will be available afterwards.

  • In acute emergencies or crises requiring immediate action, please turn to the appropriate emergency services. Further information can be found under Emergency.

Note on cost coverage

This is a private practice. It is intended for privately insured patients, those entitled to public-sector medical allowance (Beihilfe) and self-paying clients. The costs of treatment are generally not covered by statutory health insurers.

Before treatment begins, please check independently with your insurer about your individual insurance terms and the extent of cost coverage. Costs not reimbursed by your insurer are to be borne by you.

  • Please refrain from sending medical reports or other sensitive documents by email or through the booking system. These channels are not suitable for this. Everything else we can discuss calmly in person.

  • The ADHD assessment always begins with an initial consultation (psychotherapeutic consultation). In it, your symptoms are assessed for the first time, and the further diagnostic procedure, the individual course and the expected costs are discussed together. The complete assessment usually comprises 3 to 5 sessions of 50 minutes and cannot be completed within a single appointment.

Further information can be found under ADHD Assessment.

  • In acute emergencies or crises requiring immediate action, please turn to the appropriate emergency services. Further information can be found under Emergency.

Note on cost coverage

This is a private practice. The service is intended for privately insured patients, those entitled to public-sector medical allowance and self-paying clients. Billing through statutory health insurance is not possible.

Billing follows the German Scale of Fees for Physicians (GOÄ) or the Scale of Fees for Psychotherapists (GOP). As a rough guide, the complete ADHD assessment costs approximately €400 to €600. The actual costs depend on the individual scope of the assessment.

Please check in advance with your insurer about your individual insurance terms and the extent of cost coverage. Costs not reimbursed are to be borne by you.
