Treatment Focus
Not every concern carries a fixed diagnosis – nor does it need to in order to be a legitimate reason for psychotherapy.
Life themes without a diagnostic label
I can support you, for example, with professional and personal life crises, feelings of inadequacy, difficulties with self-worth, fear of failure, feeling overwhelmed, difficulties with work, grief, or questions of sexuality – themes that can weigh heavily without corresponding to a fixed diagnostic category.
Diagnosis-specific treatment
Beyond this, I treat a range of clinically defined conditions, including depression, burnout, stress, ADHD, personality disorders, panic disorder, social anxiety, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders, psychosomatic disorders, eating disorders, chronic pain, sleep disorders, as well as a history of addiction in the past (not active addiction).
